Despite being down to 10 players, Indonesia advanced to the final of the 32nd SEA Games football tournament after beating Vietnam 3-2 on Saturday at Phnom Penh’s Olympic Stadium.
Indonesia took the lead in the 10th minute through Trisnanda Komang, who took on a powerful flat throw from Alif Arhan.

The goal came after Alif Arhan sent in a long throw from the left flank, which Komang met with a powerful header that flew past the Vietnam goalkeeper. The goal was Komang's first for the tournament.
Vietnam equalized in the 36th minute through Van Tung Nguyen, who headed in a cross from his teammate.

However, Indonesia took the lead in the 53rd minute through a deflection from Muhammad Ferrari.
The goal came after Arhan sent in a long throw from the right flank, which was cleared by Vietnam goalkeeper Van Chuan Quan to the edge of the box. Van Do Le took the resulting kick, and his shot hit Ferrari and deflected into the goal.

Amiruddin Arrizqi scored an own goal in the 78th minute to level the scores at 2-2 for Vietnam.
But Indonesia's Muhammad Taufany scored a dramatic late winner to defeat Vietnam 3-2 in the semi-finals.

As the final whistle blew, Indonesian athletes and officials ran onto the pitch to celebrate their victory.
