Businesses across Phnom Penh remained closed on Monday after the weekend’s Lunar New Year celebrations.
The shutters remained down on several businesses in the capital, while some schools were closed on Monday in the wake of the Lunar New Year festivities, which welcomed the year of the rabbit.

The city’s streets emptied out over the weekend as residents returned to their homeland for the new year festivities. On Monday, traffic was slowly starting to trickle back but the roads remained quiet.
