Kampong Speu province – Cambodia’s largest bank ACLEDA has announced the opening of its 263rd branch in Aoral district, home to the country’s famed highest peak, Phnom Aural.

On Tuesday, the new ACLEDA branch opened its doors as part of the financial institute’s pledge to bring banking services closer to the people of the remote Aoral district. The area has seen growing demand for banking and financial services as local economic activities continue to expand, according to an announcement from the bank.

“The branch will make it easier for local people in the remote district of Aoral to access convenient and safe services from the bank,” added the announcement.

In addition to having the new branch near their homes, people in Aoral district can also easily use the bank’s mobile banking app – ACLEDA Mobile – for transactions, such as paying utility bills, phone top-ups, and other payments in a safe and convenient manner.

The Aoral District ACLEDA Branch is located in Phsar Kantuot Village, Sangkae Satob Commune, Aoral District, Kampong Speu province.
