ROV HONGSENG is passionate about telling the stories about technology in Cambodia. Hongseng has experience in writing about a variety of topics, including technology, business, and human rights. He is also a photographer.

In addition to his work for Kiripost, Hongseng was one of student ambassadors of the Australian Centre for Education (ACE/IDP Cambodia), where he organizes and leads charity events and ACE’s events.

He is also a Liaison Officer for the South East Asian Games Federation Council Meeting and a core member for the National Volunteer Committee of CAMSOC at the SEA Games 2023. In his role as a Liaison Officer for the South East Asian Games Federation Council Meeting, Hongseng was responsible for coordinating logistics and communications between the various stakeholders involved in the meeting. He also works to ensure that the meeting runs smoothly and efficiently.

As a core member for CAMSOC at the SEA Games 2023, Hongseng was responsible for a variety of tasks, including coordinating logistics and communications between volunteers and relevant stakeholders, writing reports about meetings, and providing support to the Cambodian athletes.

Currently, Hongseng is a senior student majoring in international relations at the Institute of International Studies and Public Policy.
